SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT POLICY


How much is shipping and handling?


• A flat fee of $10.00  is added to every 1 unit.


• If you order multiple units we will add additional, combined shipping in the shopping cart. 


When will my order ship?


You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped. The tracking information will be available within 24-48 hours of shipment. After placing your order, you may track the delivery progress of your shipment through the provided tracking number.

The daily shipping cutoff is 11:00 AM ET Monday through Friday for all shipping services.


What about fraud protection?


We take credit card fraud very seriously. For the protection of card holders and ourselves, orders that appear fraudulent may be held for manual review. If necessary, a representative will call you to verify the order. If we are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order may be canceled. Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.


Where can I track my order?


If your order was shipped via USPS First Class Mail and is shipping within the US you can track your order on the USPS website. Typically orders shipped with this method will deliver within 5-7 business days, but can sometimes take up to 10.

If your order shipped via USPS First Class Mail and is shipping internationally please note that tracking information may only be available until your order leaves the US. Additional tracking will only be available if your country scans the package. Orders shipped with this method have been arriving within 10-15 business days, but can take up to 30 business days to deliver..

Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked on the UPS website..

Please allow 24-48 hours after your order has shipped for tracking information to be available.


Do you ship to my country?


Once you proceed to checkout you can look in the shipping and tax estimate to see if we ship to your country. You can also contact info@secureeq.com


Do you pay for return shipping?


No. Secure Equipment Solutions does not cover return shipping for orders being returned for a refund.

If you are returning your order due to damage for a replacement, Secure Equipment Solutions may choose to cover the return.


How do you ship internationally?


Shipping fees will be calculated once items have been added to your cart. International orders are subject to applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. International shipping via USPS First Class Mail International usually arrive in 10-15 business days but may take up to 30 business days for delivery. Secure Equipment Solutions is not liable for lost shipments with UPS Mail Innovations. If you need a trackable, expedited shipping method, please choose one of our other shipping options. International orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail International may take up to 3 days for processing.


The tracking number provided in the order confirmation email for International UPS Mail Innovations shipments is solely used for package identification, not for tracking. .


We ship Monday through Friday except for the following days:
